When does a client count as a drop-out?

When they go without a valid membership for longer than your Time without renewing to count as a drop-out, in Advanced center settings.

Can I copy an automation?

Yes. Duplicate it from its card and edit the copy. The copy keeps the original's steps.

Can an automation message the same client twice?

Check its card to see how many clients are in progress and how many have completed it. Use conditions (for example, Has bought a membership) so it stops when it's no longer needed.

Why can't I turn on an automation?

It needs a starting situation. The builder shows the reason next to the Active switch.

What about the Tasks tab?

It's under construction. In the meantime, use alerts and automations to notify the team.
