The Memberships and price tiers indicator has two tables: by rate type (memberships, single sessions, trial sessions) and by membership.
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Sales | Purchases in the period |
| Active | Clients with a valid purchase |
| With sessions available | Active clients who can still book |
| Unused | Clients who've bought but haven't booked yet |
| Recurrence | Clients with automatic renewal |
Each figure shows the change against the previous period.
Tip: Unused clients are a perfect list to call: they've paid and haven't come yet.
