In Statistics › KPIs, choose With VAT or Without VAT at the top.

  • Client goal: your active clients against your target.
  • KPIs · last month: active clients, total billing, average ticket, sign-ups, drop-outs, net balance, conversion rate, single sessions and trial sessions. Each figure is compared with the month before.
  • Monthly trend: charts of active clients, billing, average ticket, sign-ups against drop-outs, and net balance.
  • Full monthly history: one row per month. Click a month and the KPIs switch to showing that month.
