Are the figures with or without VAT?

In the KPIs you can choose With VAT or Without VAT. The billing report is always without VAT.

How do I keep test or staff accounts out of the statistics?

In the client file, Profile tab, Advanced block, tick Exclude from reports.

Can I export the statistics?

Auto-purchases has Export Excel, and the KPIs can be downloaded as a PDF.

Why is the heat map empty?

Check the period and service filters, and click Apply.

Why don't the figures match the Overview?

The Overview shows one day or one month; statistics usually cover longer periods. Make sure you're comparing the same dates.
