Help CenterClient sign-up form
Choose what your clients fill in when signing up from the app, and the contract they sign.

Go to Center settings › Registration settings.
The form fields
Under What should your registration form contain?, mark each field as Optional or Required: gender, date of birth, ID number, phone, address, city and your custom fields.
Tip: if you want to use the age statistics or the client map, make date of birth and address required.
The sign-up contract
In the contract block, upload a PDF and place the signature (X, Y position and size). The client signs it when signing up.
If you turn on Force existing users to sign the contract, clients who were already registered will have to sign it next time they open the app.
