The chat connects your team with your clients, from the panel and from the app.

Turn it on

  1. Go to Modules › Chat › Configure.
  2. Turn on Activate chat.
  3. Choose who clients can write to: The center or Specific professionals.
  4. Useful options:
    • Send the message context: the professional sees which screen the client wrote from (a workout, a class…).
    • Integrate WhatsApp in the chat: WhatsApp conversations appear in the chat. On WhatsApp you always write as the center.
    • History visible when transferring a conversation, in hours.

Who can chat

You decide in each professional's permissions: Chat access, Center inbox, See other professionals' chats and Transfer conversations. In each professional's file you can also mark them Available for clients to chat with.
