Can I write to everyone who has a specific membership?

Yes. In Price tiers, open that membership's client list and use Send email or Send notification. You can also use a smart list as recipients.

Can I write to the clients booked into a class?

Yes. Open the class and use Send email or Send notification. You can choose to send it to everyone, only booked clients, the waitlist or those who cancelled.

How do I send an automatic welcome email?

Turn on Enable welcome email by default in Advanced center settings, or use the Welcome new clients automation template. See Automation templates.

I'm going to move lots of classes. How do I stop clients getting an alert for every change?

Turn on Silent mode in the top bar before you start, and turn it off when you're done.
