In Modules › WhatsApp Business, Conversations tab, you'll see the messages with each client.

If the AI assistant is on:

  • Mute AI: the assistant stops replying to that client so you can answer.
  • Return to AI: the assistant takes the conversation back.

If Integrate WhatsApp in the chat is on, these conversations also appear in the chat.
